Kristen Lopez was my realtor in buying my new retirement home in Largo, Florida. She was the first to respond and called me the same day I started looking at homes in the Pinellas County area in Florida. I flew down from Buffalo, NY for a weekend in early October, 2015 and was blessed with her as she found me a home to my exact specifications in such a short time frame. She was extremely efficient in the process from the purchase offer to the closing date and was able to move in my new home earlier than planned. Her advice was impeccable from start to finish. As an out-of-town buyer, I relied heavily on Kristen's experience and expertise to guide my home search, and she delivered on every front. Kristen went above and beyond expectations to do research, visit homes in myour absence, and deftly negotiate with the seller's agent to get a fair deal for all parties. We are now comfortably in our new home, which we love, and the buying experience was low-stress and moved swiftly.
